What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at returns@grabbinggrapefruit.com with your Order Number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to accept them.

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
  • Want to exchange? Contact us with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at returns@grabbinggrapefruit.com.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Do you have a physical store?

While we're primarily an online retailer, we host regular pop-up events where you can shop our collection in person and often find exclusive items and special discounts. Subscribe to our pop-up announcements!

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the USA, with free local delivery available in Kingston, ON.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Absolutely! We're proud to be size-inclusive, offering sizes from XS through 3XL. As our business grows, we plan to expand our size range even further to serve more of our community.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

While we cannot modify orders once placed, we can cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one with your desired changes.

How do I care for my loungewear?

To maintain the quality of your items:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Turn garments inside out
  • Use gentle cycle
  • Hang to dry or tumble dry on low
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
