Pricing update - february 1, 2026

Why are prices increasing?

Over the past year, the cost of producing our loungewear has increased across the board - from materials and manufacturing to shipping, import fees, and packaging. Even with these increases, weโ€™ve intentionally kept our pricing well below comparable brands, because accessibility and inclusivity have always been core to who we are.

At the same time, we have big dreams for GG. We want to bring you more drops, more styles, more colours, and more consistent restocks - and to do that, we need to grow in a way thatโ€™s sustainable. Rather than cutting corners on quality or fit, this adjustment allows us to continue creating the premium, cozy pieces you love while building a future where GG can keep showing up for you.

When does the price change take effect?

Our updated pricing will officially take effect on February 1, 2026 for our existing collections.

Any new launches prior to February 1 will take effect under the new pricing structure.

What are the new prices?

Weโ€™ll be sharing our updated pricing on our website beginning February 1. Our goal is to give everyone clear notice and enough time to shop current pricing if they choose. What we can share now is that after the update, our pricing will be comparable to premium loungewear brands, without any changes to quality, fit, or sizing.

Is this increase permanent?

At this time, yes. These prices reflect our current production costs and allow us to continue operating responsibly. If costs ever decrease in the future, weโ€™ll always reassess - transparency has always been important to us.

Are payment options like Shop Pay still available?

Yes! Weโ€™ll continue offering Shop Pay installments, allowing you to split your purchase into manageable payments at checkout.

Will quality or sizing change?

No - and this is important to us. Our fabrics, construction, sizing, and inclusive fit remain exactly the same. This price adjustment allows us to protect the quality you expect, not reduce it. Same cozy fleece, same thoughtful details, same fits you love. This will also allow us to explore widening our range of sizes even further.

Why announce the pricing update ahead of time?

Transparency matters to us. We wanted to provide context, allow time for understanding, and avoid surprises. This also gives the opportunity to continue to shop at the current prices before the new pricing comes into effect.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at returns@grabbinggrapefruit.com with your Order Number. If your return is approved, weโ€™ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please donโ€™t send items back without contacting us firstโ€”we wonโ€™t be able to accept them.

Please note:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
  • Want to exchange? Contact us with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. If itโ€™s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you havenโ€™t received your refund, email us at returns@grabbinggrapefruit.com.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada and the USA, with free local delivery available in Kingston, ON.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Absolutely! We're proud to be size-inclusive, offering sizes from XS through 3XL. As our business grows, we plan to expand our size range even further to serve more of our community.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

While we cannot modify orders once placed, we can cancel and refund your order so you can place a new one with your desired changes.

To maintain the quality of your items:

  • Turn garments inside out
  • Use gentle cycle
  • Hang to dry or tumble dry on low
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
