Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We are dedicated to only carrying pieces of clothing in sizes ranging from XS through 3XL. As our business grows, we plan to expand to a wider range of sizing.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada and the USA.
How often do you restock?
We work hard to restock as fast as possible. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when our items restock.
How often do you release new styles?
As we are a small business, our new designs and styles are released every few months. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list and check our website regularly for the latest arrivals.
How do I care for my loungewear?
We recommend washing your loungewear in cold water and hanging or laying it flat to dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or high heat when washing and drying your loungewear.
Do you have a physical store?
At this time, we do not have a physical store. We sell our products exclusively online through our website, while also having ocassional "pop-up events". To be the first to know about our pop-ups, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 14 business days for your package to arrive to you from the day that your order is shipped.
How can I contact customer service?

Do you have an affiliate program?
We are operating as a small business and do not yet have an affiliate program.

IMPORTANT UPDATE TO OUR SIZING
Why are you changing your sizes?
We are committed to maintaining an inclusive space for women. Recognizing that our pieces have traditionally leaned towards a slimmer fit, as we’ve used our manufacturer’s sizing, we have carefully adjusted and expanded our sizing range to provide even more room than before. After many months, trials and samples, we are finally excited to launch our redefined, curated range of sizes. This change is driven by our dedication to offering a comfortable and flattering fit for a diverse range of body shapes.
How do the new sizes compare to the old sizes?
We have adjusted our sizing to perfect the XL, 2X and 3X plus size measurements while also adding extra room to our other sizes. If you were previously a size S, you will likely fit best in our new XS. If you were a size M, you will now fit into our size S. If you were previously a size L/XL, you will now be a M. If you were a 2X in our original sizing, you will now fit into our L. If you were a 3X previously, you will fit into our XL. Our new 2XL and 3XL sizes have been completely redefined and are made for plus size bodies. This includes larger waist bands on both pants and full-length hoodies. Will all products be available in the new sizes?
Yes, with the exception of the Cropped Hoodies. The size release will be a gradual transition while we phase out our current sizing. Each restock we have in 2024 and onwards will be released in our new sizing. The After Dusk restock is the first release of our new sizing. Cropped Hoodies will not change sizing, as they are currently an oversized fit. Size charts will be on all product pages.
When will the new sizes be available?
They will be gradually released in all of our new restocks for individual collections. We appreciate your patience as we work to update our inventory and bring you a more inclusive selection.
Can I return or exchange items if the new size doesn’t fit me?
Absolutely. We understand that finding the right fit can be a process, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy remains in place to accommodate any sizing issues. Please refer to our Refund/Exchange Policy.
Will the new sizes affect the fit of the clothes?
It will specifically affect the fit of the After Dusk hoodies, as these have been completely customized for sizes 2X and 3X. For sizes XL-3XL, the pants will be more roomier in the waist and thigh areas. The new sizes have been carefully designed to improve the overall fit, ensuring a more comfortable and flattering experience for our customers. We believe you will notice a positive difference in the fit of our clothing.
Can I still purchase items in the old sizes?
While we are transitioning to the new sizes, some remaining inventory in the old sizes may still be available for purchase. We encourage you to explore our updated size chart and consider trying the new sizes for an improved fit.
